There’s a new attraction at the Las Vegas Strip that will give you truly one of the most unique experiences you can have. Pursuit, a hospitality company, has announced that it will launch an immersive flight ride called FlyOver, that will take riders way high above the Strip and even beyond.

The company promises to take riders over “the American West’s most iconic locations and natural wonders as part of this cutting-edge entertainment experience.”
Lisa Adams, Vice President of FlyOver Attractions said in a statement: “FlyOver in Las Vegas will give visitors a new and visually stunning way to see breathtaking landscapes of the American West. Much like our FlyOver concepts around the world, our new Las Vegas attraction will push the boundaries of escape and take guests on the ultimate flying ride adventure.”
So how does this all even work? Riders will get in and strap into seats that face a 52-foot “vibrant spherical screen” as described by the company that will totally surround the rider.
As the ride begins, guests will be lifted above the ground and as their feet dangle, they will experience “flying” through the destinations that include the Las Vegas Strip, the Grand Canyon, Zion and Arches National Parks, and Lake Tahoe.
The Ride Takes You Over The Grand Canyon
As the ride goes on, the platform moves, making it feel like you are truly in flight. There are also special effects added to increase this feeling. These include wind, mist, and scents that are specific to the location, making the experience feel all the more real.
President of Pursuit David Barry shared: “The need to escape, relax and restore through travel experiences will become much more meaningful as we emerge from what has been an incredibly challenging year.”
He continued: “Introducing a new FlyOver attraction in a globally recognized tourism destination like Las Vegas marks another milestone across Pursuit’s growing FlyOver portfolio. This new attraction will enable us to connect visitors with a distinctive experience that showcases both the vibrancy of Las Vegas along with the stunning natural wonders of the American West.”
The attraction will be located on the Las Vegas Strip, right next to the Hard Rock Cafe.
